Pregnancy and Infertility

I'm 5 feet tall and weighing 65kg . My periods are regular . My expected period is on Oct 24. I'm playing basketball for a ten days . I'm having regular diet no calorie deficiency. Yesterday I noticed little spotting . Today too I have more spotting I thought period started as I got backache too . But it looked very light flow like on day 6 or so. Is it normal as I'm working out. How long it take for my body to settle ?

Why my menstrual cycle is delaying,like i got my period last month in september starting week,now in october i didn't got my period in starting week and even not now also i have prescribed  tonic naming M2 tone which works but why my menstrual cycle gets disturbed or delayed like it happened with me before also i felt like,maybe i will not get period but last to last it came,now happening in this month again,i want your consultation Dr.

I have delivered my baby 72hours ago through c section I was preeclampatic ...I am currently on lobet 100mg three times but still my baby persists to be high I am very much afraid that I am still in danger of eclampsia and conversion?as I have delivered 3days ago.till how many days I need to be careful?

My wife having 19months and 4 days pragnency. Her rubella igg positive 29 nd rubella igm negative 0.39. is there any problem or chances on the basis on this report having congenital diseases to the child. Other 14-15 reports like USG level 2, quad screening and other tests are absolutely normal..

Hey there, I had an exposure like 2 years back Did hiv antibody only test which came back negative. The method was of ECLIA method. Then after 16 months of exposure i did the 4th generation test which came back negative too. Wanna know that is hiv test 4th gen 16 months after exposure accurate?
