Regular bleeding
Bleeding for 2 years . Pain in lower tummy. Weakness. Hair fall. Recently pain worsens. She couldn't able to walk or stand properly. She has to use regular pads. Pain increases.

Weakness bcoz of anemia due to heavy blood loss due to bleeding. Thyroid function to be checked and evaluated. And pain may be due to uterine fibroids or other uterine and pelvic pathologies.. kindly consult as soon as possible to any nearby gynecologist . Age scan reports, cbc etc are required
