My period's are 1& half month late.it's not first time that my periods are late BT around 1 year back I have medicine for my issue BT now it's too late that's my first time that my periods are sooo late, my period's are max 1-2 weeks late BT now it's too late nd I'm also facing stomach problems like: gas nd also I'm feeling's soo low nd fatigue...my joint's are also Start's hurting...please help me

I removed my copper t in April 2022,but after that I feel that my periods become short only for 2 days with less bleeding with some small blood clots and dark color also. I am also trying for conceive but nothing happen yet. My blood test and TSH is normal. I don't understand what's going on.? please suggest something.
