My last month's period was on Oct 22. This month i did not get periods yet. I did a beta hcg blood test on 26th Nov and i have attached the result. What does the result mean?

My wife's GA By LMP 11 wks 4 days CRL-53.8mm(12 wks 0 Day) NT-1.74 mm. N.B-2.9 mm HR-164 bpm age-35years NT and NB normal???
