6.5 months post partum - muscle weakness

I gave birth to my second child and currently I am 6.5 months postpartum. I feel too much weakness in my legs and hands and my eyes feel heavy. I don't feel energetic anymore and get tired from simple household chores. Please advice what do I need to do and what can I do to gain physical strength. I mostly eat healthy home cooked food only.

Abdominal pain

I have taken lupride 3.75 injection in months of april,may.And after that i had my surgery in june.But ever since then im only having little spotting and no periods.Also having severe abdominal pain,cramps,nausea,low back pain,pain in inner thighs. Follicles size of 30mm and 22mm

My AFC onboth ovaries are 8AFC (on each ovary ) on day 2 scan . I was given letrozole from day 2 to day 10 and today is day 18 and I have two follicles which are 30mm and 22mm and doctor given hcg injection 5000 IU today ( on buttocks ) .possibility for both the eggs to rupture ? Endometrium thickness is 6mm only .

Difference in GA cua and GA lmp

My 36.1 weeks USG scan showed gestation age 35.1 weeks which is exactly one week less than gestation age as per LMP. Fetal weight came 2.77kgs+-395gms. Liquor 11.7cms and placenta is grade 3. Why is the gestation age less compared to LMP? Is this a problem?
