Having 7 week missed abortion....I have taken 4 misoprostol tablet orally.. periods start after 1 hrs. But bleeding low... Is it ok. .. how to find things going ok or not?

I was diagnosed with endometriosis 3.5 months ago and was put on dienogest. Now after 3 months in my ultrasound sound report the cyst siz has reduced but it says that my uterus is retroverted and also it mentions adenomyosis. My gynaec has asked me to continue dienogest for 3 more months. I haven’t got periods this time but there is spotting daily since 7 days. Im attaching both my reports. Please see what needs to be done. Should I worry about retroverted uterus and adenomyosis??

I delivered a baby on 18 Nov through c-section. Now I am having lower abdomen pain just above the incision and back pain too. This makes it difficult for me to walk around and to do other activities. Is this pain normal and fade away after a few days? Or the doctor's check up required? Please help.

I am 29years .. planning for a baby from 7 months recently we have consulted one doctor she have given foli acid and multivitamin tablets on my fourth day of period. After day 9,11,14 went for follicular study no ovary in left.. right 7*7 8*8 mm. Right ovary has same size from day 9. She have given croctia m for daily use and dydrogesterone suggested to use from day 17th .. kindly suggest what's my present condition. Thyroid normal Prolactin normal Amh normal

Dear Doctor, I am 32 years old , I am a mother of 2 years old child and I have a gall stone too. But from last 15 days i am feeling pain in my reproductive part means left corner side that is below the belly button and left area where the female reproductive organ start...pain is smooth like needle ..not very much pain ..i don't know is it pelvic pain or what?? I take recita 10mg (escitalopram) for anxiety and depression. I had a contraceptive failure with my husband and want to take ipill. There won't be any drug interaction leading to failure of ipill bcoz of recita right?

What is the difference between gestational date and LMP.In my double marker test when report came gestational date is taken 2 days before LMP.So even though sample was taken at 12w1day the sample date taken in report is 12w3days.Does this affect the result of the test?
