LMP- 12-18 november but i did the test for safe side because i thought the bleeding was not really my period. now in december i have not got my period till now but my home test yesterday was negative. what is happening

I'm working in evening shift from past 2 months 5pm to 2am and by the time I reach home it's 4am in morning. By the time I sleep it's 4.30am. however I still don't get proper sleep and stay awake till 7am in morning as I'm morning person. From past 2 months ( from the time shift got changed), I'm not getting proper bleeding and only day 1 of period will be just spotting.. and it's done. Same happened even this month too. Just spotting on day 1 and nothing after that. My diet include 3 times tea in 5pm to 2am shift, fried home rice ,( chocolates, icecreams, noodles, pastry and some snacks) in office and no breakfast at home. Just tea and biscuit. My shift will be morning shift from next year April month. What shall I do? Any help.

My wife in 34 weeks and she got itching all over stomach and got pimple like red wound in her lower abdomen all over her stomach .. she is applying coconut oil everyday .. but it is spreading all over .. she keeps scratching at nyt without knowing ...Is it normal to have that or shld we get worried about it ...is it harmful for baby at womb

Why we need to take hcg injection to rupture egg. Does it cause any side effect like imblancing ph level , make more acidic environment in uterus? I have taken medicine letroze for 5day and went for follical study after 10th day onward. follical size on 13th day is 21 mm and 15 day it is 22 mm. What should i do? Should I take hcg shot or should i wait one day more and  on 17th day to check again if its rupture naturally or not. I'm really confused about side effect of this injection and also it is very painful.

I have PCOD. My doctor prescribed me Crina NCR 15mg as I didn't get my periods for almost 2 months. After taking the medicine I got my period and I also started Dronis 30 as prescribed by my doctor from the first day of my periods. Even after 11 days since the start of my periods, I am noticing some brown/black blood spots on a regular basis.

How to prevent low bmd While use dienogest 2 mg for last 3 years to control endometriotic cyst? Present cyst size is small 1 CM & 2 CM. If I ceased medicine then size increased. So what to do now? Now I'm unmarried. Also saw from google that this medicine causes low bmd & osteoporosis. So what food or medicine Needed to prevent low bmd while using dienogest? Plz help.. Thank you 🙏
