Bleeding for 2 years . Pain in lower tummy. Weakness. Hair fall. Recently pain worsens. She couldn't able to walk or stand properly. She has to use regular pads. Pain increases.

Hi, I had my ovulation on day 19th of my cycle and my thockness during ovulation was 7.5mm and doctor prescribed evatone 2mg twi e and duphaston 10mg twice till UPT .They also asked me to continue with Estogel ( which I was using before ovulation for endometrium thickness ) Is these evatone and estoget necessary after ovulation ? Please suggest
