EDD should not be calculated from a Sonography scan done in the 9th month. There are many ways to calculate EDD. Please consult with a Gynaecologist in your area.
You should have asked this question about twins when your wife was 2 months pregnant. It is too late to confirm twins diagnosis by Sonography at this stage.

EDD date is best calcilated from very first Ultrasound.
So chk in that usg
