I am 21 years old and i have had regular periods all my life. In the past year i have gained a lot of weight maybe because I've been very inactive and eating out a lot. I have started working out at the gym from the past 4-5 days. These are the only changes in my routine and i suddenly noticed that i got my period more than 2 weeks early.
