Getting periods in 21 to 22 days is normal In a normal menstrual cycle the gap between two day one of period can be 21 to 37 total days of bleeding including spotting should not go beyond 7 if that happens you will require investigations

Your symptoms could be due to underlying hormonal imbalance or other causes like polyps or fibroids. You need to consult a gynecologist for further evaluation and treatment according to the cause.
