Hi Doctor,
Need help on my cycle for this month.. my period cycle usually follows 28-30 days. Last cycle starts on 28th September. This month i haven't got my periods yet, did my pregnancy test at home as well but it turns negative.
Need help on the same.

A negative home test done this early is fairly reliable, but a delayed period with a negative test is often from stress, travel, weight changes or a one-off cycle without ovulation rather than anything serious. Even with a regular 28 to 30 day cycle, an occasional week's delay isn't unusual.
Next Steps
Repeat the urine pregnancy test in 3 to 4 days if your period still hasn't started, since very early tests can sometimes read falsely negative. If it stays negative and the delay crosses 2 weeks, please see a gynaecologist for a check and a basic hormone workup.
