Marsupialization and bartholin cyst
Hi doctor,
I am breastfeeding mother having one year baby. I have been getting bartholin cyst daily from last 4years. My gynec told they will do marsupialization. I have heard cyst can reoccur even after doing marsupialization, my query is what is the reason for reoccurring even after doing marsupialization. If it reoccurs after doing marsupialization, it is better to remove bartholin gland right? Please assist.

Treatment of bartholein cyst is marsupiliasation only not the removal of the gland. If marsupiliasation done correctly ,it will not reocurr
