I have a painless bartholins cyst and it's still there for the past 9 months. When will it go away? Do I have to do some medical treatment

Removal of cyst is the treatment but you need get it examined to see the size exact location whether it is bartholin cyst or simple vaginal cyst if anytime it starts itching or painful it will be sign of infection so get it examined now
