My wife's has taken unwanted kit and breastfeed for 9 month old baby without avoiding ...is it harmful for 9 month baby ...or wat else will happen if breastfeed..pls suggest what to do

Hello dr. I am suffering from infertility i got married on 2016,till now we have done 4 iuis, one fibroid surgery still not able to conceive. Now my dr.saying go for IVF treatment. My latest reports showing that my left fellopian tube got hydrosalpinge may be bcoz off that surgery. Dr. Saying First we have to clip my left side tube after that only IVF will be successful,My question is that shall I do IVF first procedure and then freeze my embryos in between that I can go for clip my fellopian tube plz suggest wat to do

Hello doctor,I delivered my  second baby august 2021,.after that my b.p was high for three months and normalised.now I am not under medication I regularly check b.p most of the time it is normal and sometimes goes up to 140/90. I am breastfeeding I am feeling very weak.after delivery I was 74 now I am only 65.checked my blood sugar in morning 9.00 o clock had only milk at 7.00 am.it was 90.then evening my random blood sugar is 111.how to strengthen myself I am feeling very low sometimes anxious.please help.what should I eat.i fear that I got diabetes.pleass help

After Delivery milk is coming very little, baby not much laching as well, no pain in breast, does it mean milk will not come or I should continue taking more suppliment to increase milk , Thank you

Hi, I have undergone c section delivery on 21st Nov 22, n since then I'm having body aches, which subsides only after taking pain killers.. Could please let me know if it is this is normal to have body ache n when will this go away completely. I'm  worried about the same.  Please help Thanks in advance
