Which folic acid multivitamin can i take if i have started to plan baby this month onwards. No consultation done

My mother has been advised hysterectomy due to fibroids and bleeding issue,. Consulting doctor said if possible they will try for laparoscopic but if they find any difficulty then they will do open surgery. My mother had previously undergone 2 C-sections with vertical incision. Just want to know which mode of hysterectomy will be best for her and what are the risk factors related with open abdomen. Is it highly successful procedure? Really worried as it's about my mom's life and I don't want to take risk. Please suggest.

I am on Letrozole this cycle. Letrozole works by decreasing estrogen right? But Estrogen is essential for increasing endometrial thickness which is important for successful implantation right? Therefore, in a cycle with Letrozole is there a risk of thin endometrium? My estradiol level was 14 on day 2 of the cycle. My ET on Day 15 (after follicle rupture) was just 8.5mm. I have been given Susten 200mg orally for the next 15 days

Is an Endometrial thickness of 8.5mm on Day 15 (follicle ruptured) good enough for conception? How much will my ET increase during my luteal phase? I m on Susten 200mg every night for 15 days

Will cervical mucus and position change 1-3 days after fertilization? My CM normally dries up after ovulation, it dried for a day and then next day, it was watery. I'm on Day 18 now

Is it okay to do 7000-10000 steps throughout the day during the two week waiting period when trying to conceive? Can I use a vibration exercise machine during conception
