How to get periods I have completed ovral l tablets before 6 days but till now I didn't get periods please advice me something

I underwent a breast abscess surgical incision and drainage 4 days back. Wound is left open. Milk leaks through this but reducing. Since the incision is in aerolar region, i can't pump , direct feed or hand express either. As of now breast doesn't feel heavy, but if this continues will i have engorgement again? Also how long will it require for the wound to heal so as to start direct feed?

I have function on 3 Feb and 3 Feb is my period date that's why I have taken meprate medicine thrice a day but I don't got my period till now

Hi ,I have been planning to conceive since last one year,actually I have been diagnosed with PCOD but My weight is normal now as I reduced it by doing yoga and I never missed my periods ,I used to have heavy periods,but this time I have missed period (it's been5 days from date),and I have tender breast and some times mild cramp .so Today I did hpt but its negative so what I'm supposed to conclude from this? Note: my cycle 31 days Thanks
