Is dizziness a side effect of Susten 200mg? I've been given Susten 200mg every night for 15 days. I take it along with Cetapin XR 500 at night. Am I feeling dizzy because of this?

My expected period date was 15th Jan and I have not got periods till now. And feb 3rd is my wedding.. please help me if there is any way to finish periods before marriage or I should get after marriage? Please suggest.

I got my periods 12 days early, last period cycle was on January 1st to january 5th, I got my periods on 21st, the flow this time is very light comparatively but cramps and acne are there. I took AF kit on a gynae advice. I have different sounds coming from my stomach since then. Took misoprostol on 23 dec for medical abortion. It was complete in ultrasound on 31 dec On 2 jan took AF kit on gynae advice. Since then I have a sound coming from my stomach, intestines. Diarrhea that not going away.
