Hi Dr I am on medical abortion .taken misoprostol yesterday having severe headache bloating and cramps. Today also i have to take misoprostol again .Can I take cyclopam and dolo 650 together?

In nt scan nt value is 1.72 and double marker test is normal. I had anamoly scan in 21 weeks 2 days and in that nuchal Fold value is 4.6mm . Is this value normal or is it at higher end. Plaese clarify

I recently took ipill. Since then my periods have become irregular. Getting periods in 10 days gap from December. Is it the side effect of ipill or any other issue.

I experienced some spotting last Friday and got my periods on Monday. Since then, I've been experiencing mild to heavy flow and it has not stopped till now. I've a history of periods not stopping naturally. In case the flow does not stop in 1-2 days, I need some medication to stop it.

Hlo mam my friend take abortion pill on 30 then 31 and 1 Jan 2 Jan her bleeding strt and she bleed for 2 to 3 days after this now she is is seeing some brown discharge no smell etc jst normal brownish dark red somewhat mix type ,little pain in abdomen, we have done ultrasound of whole abdomen but everything is normal then why she experience this spotting and pain plz help

My gynae mentioned this on my advice sheet. When I asked her she said not to worry. My Pap smear is normal. Is this serious?
