Pregnancy and Infertility

I haven't got my periods for 2 months now and got a ultrasound, it showed a grown follicle with cyst. I got medicine (Regesterone and mylamin gold) recommended by doctor and my doctor told me that after 2 weeks i will have normal periods. I'm having my medicine but a bit skeptical about my problem. If i will not get my periods after having medicines, what should i do next?

My query is that...my egg quantity are good or not... these report is done on 8th day of my cycle ..please check my report and please tell my report is good or not

My friend is female and her height of 4.7 with BMI 24.7 and her breast size was  bell shaped, shaggy and large and she wanted them tight and in good shape or perfect. Is it possible ? Can anyone please suggest any exercise or anything

Now form January 2024 im having periods 2 times per 1 month, means 15 days once on 1st day of period i have brown discharge so, I checked thyroid test the report was TSH is abnormal it is 22.2 and after taking 1 month thyroid medicine i have tested agian it was normal 2.8 i have continued for 3 months tablets. Now it was normal. Now i have stopped it and main problem is periods are still same, per 1 month 2times and another one is problem is want to loss weight, plsss suggest me fat burner tablets
