Hi My doctor after few test informed I hve low Amh level.. Also I dnt have kids.. How do I increase my Amh level as I am planning for kids.. Kindly suggest medication, foods, exercise. Thanks in advance

Hi, My baby is 4 months old and has been on infant formula since birth because my breast milk supply was very low, around 10-15ml per day. I had a C-section and tried breastfeeding for a month and a half, but my milk supply didn’t increase. Lately, I've been feeling distressed about not being able to breastfeed. I have taken deviry 10mg as per gynaecologist advice due to delayed periods. Got it within 7 days. How long will periods last? Is heavy bleeding normal after taking deviry? She also advised me to take ocp from 5th day of period. Will it make periods normal thereafter?

My period cycle is of 28/27 days. And sometimes it does appear on 30th or day 24th. Last month I had periods after 24 days and also had undergone one tvs, the doctor said my egg was intact till day 15. Can ovulation vary every month. How to prepare for conceiving?
