Done breast usg Right breast-few prominent axillary lymph nodes with fatty hilum seen, largest measuring 8x5.2mm Left breast-few prominent axillary lymph nodes with fatty hilum seen, largest measuring 10x4mm Impression-no obvious abnormality in both breasts Few prominent bilateral axillary lymph nodes Is this normal?

I have my c section on 30th may. I am feeling pain in above area of incision around the bigger stretch marks. The pain is like a soreness pain . Does stretch marks cause pain post delivery. My period earlier happened on 26th of every month till March 2024 but in April 2024 it happened on 6th instead of 26th. In the month of May 2024 also it happened on 6th of May 2024 only but in this month of June 2024 till now my period has not come yet. I don't know what is going on .
