I was on my foreign trip and took contraceptive from switzerland on 7th june, when to expect my periods? though i get periods on different dayes due to PCOD. please help

I have my c section on 30th may. I am feeling pain in above area of incision around the bigger stretch marks. The pain is like a soreness pain . Does stretch marks cause pain post delivery. Hi. I'm a mom of 2 month old boy. I'm giving him top feed whenever my milk is not sufficient. I'm using Nan Pro 1 formula feed. I'm observing that whenever I give him top feed, he makes weird breathing sounds and has more mucus than usual. Is this because of Nan Pro 1 formula? Can you suggest a better formula feed ?
