I am having hard lump in my( delivery) cesarian stitch on right side which is painless,sometime feel itchy but it start paining during menstrual period.Pls suggest what to do is it harmful?

I suffer from hormonal didbalance and have coarse hair growth on chin, chest and side burns. Also dark inner thighs,buttock region and underarms.

USG done on 2nd June
I did a whole abdomen usg on 2nd June. My last period date was 22nd May . The following are the findings -
Bilateral faint renal concretions
Minimal free fluid in pod -pid
Mild bulky right ovary with increased vascularity likely representing oophoritis
I am experiencing increased bloating since the last month.
What is the issue ?
