I am struggling with UTI infection past 3 days, itching, abdominal pain, palvis pain what medicine should I take for that

I have a continued periods with little bleeding I'm on my 15 th day it's still bleeding slightly my doctor asked to have T- pause for 3 days and simultaneously some birth Control pills for 15 days I Don't want to take the birth control pills Can my periods stop with T-pause with the lifestyle changes I already made and following or it may come back again if I stop the T-pause I want to avoid the birth control pills Plz help

If all urine test and bhcg test is negative which was done on 6 june and deviry course was completed on 4 th june but till now no period .. soo can i period be late for more than 50 days ?? what may be the reasons ? as ipill was took in march and after that in april i got period for two time ?? soo now why it is delayed for 47 days
