Pregnancy and Infertility

I usually used to get my periods around 24/25th of every month, but as I started swimming I got in on 20th April. After that there was a change in routine because I started office and I got it on 9th May. This time I got it on 10th June. What can be causing such changes? Please suggest.

Hi doctor! I've been diagnosed with pcod 6 years ago and I was under metformin for 1 month initially. I had severe hairfall . My periods were regular back then. But after 3 years of being diagnosed with pcod, i observed irregular periods and during covid I haven't had my periods for about 8 months. After that I had one or two cycles missed . For the past 8 months , i.e., from November 2023 till date I have prolonged periods that last for about a month . My recent cycle started on March 4th  week and that seemed to stop by the end of May. But even after that I found clots while passing urine and I'd  start to bleed on random days. I'm afraid regarding this . Please enlighten me about this .

I have pcos and my ovarian volume is RT ovary - volume 15.8 cc LT ovary - volume 10.9 cc Is this mild pcos or not?

There is a small painless bump in vulva. It has been around 4-5 months. The size is same and has not changed and it can only be felt when touched. There is no irritation or pain.

Hello Sir/Ma'am, In my recent test report, few of deficiency reported is as below - Vit D - 21.31 ng/ml Iron - 36.9 ug/dl Thyroid - TSH 6.78    (T3,T4 are in range) Triglycerides - 193 mg/dl . Instead of taking weekly tablets for Vit D, is it fine to take Vit-D injection?  What does should be taken ? What min/max quantity should it be taken ? Is there any side effects?

I did a usg a months ago, below I attached the report and also a photo of the lump. What can it be? I am very concern, please let me know.

My mother is I postmaunopause age 61. She had breast cancer hormone receptor in October 2017. She is taking letrozole 2.5 mg since then. During routine exam of whole abdomen ultrasound, we found small fibroid measuring 11.93mm and ET 3mm on 20th April 2024 and December 2023 usg was normal. On TVS, it's measuring as 11.3 × 12.6 mm on 25th May 2024. She doesn't have any symptoms no bleeding, no pain. I just want to know can fibroid be appeared in this age also ? Is there anything we need to worry about it. Please let me know. Thank you !

My menstrual cycle skipped on the month of march and i got it in April 21 and it was like a very normal cycle and i got my next in 35 days may 28 and my last day of peroid was june 1 again yesterday I started getting peroids normal flow with no heavy cramps that i usually get but just a mild discomfort in the lower abdomen! Am extremely scared why am i getting in just 10 days after my cycle ended kindly guide me

My wife having white discharge for last two days while urinating and burning sensation. And since yesterday she is having pelvic pain. Is it fungle infection? Can I give fluconazole for 3-5 days only or fluconazole with cephalexin.

In anomaly scan, intra cardiac echogenic focus in the left ventricle. Dr. Suggested to take fetal echo. Fetal echo scan is normal. Is my baby is safe
