Regarding D&C for infertility
My friend aged 36 (soon to be 37) underwent D&C test for infertility. The findings are as under: Section shows endometrium showing decidualized stroma with few scattered atrophic glands. Decidual change present. No chorionic villi seen. No evidence of dysplasia or malignancy. Plz explain what it is.

This report is normal No chronic villi is seen means there is no pregnancy No evidence of dysplasia or  malignancy means there is no cancer
