Regarding D&C for infertility
My friend aged 36 (soon to be 37) underwent D&C test for infertility.
The findings are as under:
Section shows endometrium showing decidualized stroma with few scattered atrophic glands. Decidual change present. No chorionic villi seen. No evidence of dysplasia or malignancy.
Plz explain what it is.
