During egg retrieval 5 eggs were collected and embryo of grade 4CA are 3 nos. and 4CB are 2 nos. Please suggest chances of conceiving? Also please tell are these good or average quality embryos?

I was planning for a healthy baby in few months, before that i wanted to know my egg quality so that i can conceive a healthy baby. Can you please suggest regarding follow issues 1) when should I go for Pre-Conception checkup regarding my periods 2) What checkups do i need to take to get confidence that Im good enough to have a healthy baby
