Thyroid report is normal..but my wife face continue periods runing 15 days continuously..what problem

I want to conceive..so I went to doc and first of all she gave me dydrogestron for periods..i take this tablet twice a day for 7 days... It finish 10 days before..and did not get periods..but I HV abdominal cramps..my prega news test is still negative..my last period on 18 Jan...now what is solution

Hi im a women age of 27 yrs im working in night shift from past 5 months i use to have regular periods I had my periods on dec 1st 2022 and then again got on dec 30th 2022 which continued till jan 3rd 2023... i had urine preg test for about 7 times which showed up negative in between i had a little spotting...i was worried so i visited doctor and told about the problem she gave me a tablet cycloreg 6 tabs 3 days i have compleated an also told me to take ultrasound just to see if i have pcod and i also want to know after you stop the cycloreg tablet when will i get my periods

Does low papp-a level dangerous during pragnancy. Does taking asprin pill helps. What are ways to reduce risks due to low papp a levels. Does steroids injection help for better development of fetus.
