Taking Emersa 2mg for last 1 year due to bilateral ovarian endometriomas. Last four days i noticed that Blood is out like period with no Pain. Is medicine not works on me? Why period happened? Period cramps but less bleeding

I've always had regular periods. I found out I have pcos 3 months ago during scan for stomach issues but the doctor said it's barely anything, should be fine if I do some lifestyle changes. This month I got my period 2 days late but the bleeding is lesser than usual with heavy stomach cramps. Is it because of pcos?
