Hello, My sister has been diagnosed of ovarian cyst in 2021 and then the cyst was completed removed after which everything was fine. But now suddenly she was experiencing pain but no cyst was present currently. Now she is planning for baby , so will there be any complications or will it effect fertility? My mom got hysteroscopy done 11 months before for post menopausal bleed and got impression as Benign Endometrial Polyp Tunnel clusters of endocervix. As per our family physician advice to check every year, we did ultrasound scan after one year and got impression as Grade 2 fatty Liver. Features suggesting calcareous denegerated Fibroid in Uterus. My mom has no any symptoms. She is fine and we got ultrasound scan did as a routine year check up. Kindly check attachments. Is everything fine?

What is the meaning - UTERUS: Is normal in size ( 4.92 x  2.51 x  4.20 cm.) and anteverted & anteflexed. Myometrium is homogenous. No focal lesion is seen. Endometrium is minimally thickened, it measures (10.1 mm) and shows normal echogenicity. Cervix is normal in size & measures (2.85 x  2.33  cm), shows no focal lesion with closed internal OS.   OVARIES : Both the ovaries are borderline in size and elongated in shape  with central hyperechoic, hypertrophied, hypervascular stroma.  Multiple small follicles are arranged peripherally. Few central follicles seen. No focal lesion is seen. Para ovarian fat planes are normal. Approximate number of antral follicle about 8 - 12 in each ovary. All follicles bilaterally are   2 - 4  mm each. Right ovary measures : 2.97 x 1.78 x 3.18  cm = 8.81 cc. Left ovary measures   : 3.52 x 1.80 x 3.45  cm = 11.41 cc.

With reference to earlier question and subject above,  went through NIPT screening. The results say low risk With Fetal fraction of 10.47%.  The Z scores are 21 - 1.41, 18 - 0.49, 13 - -1.91 , All low risk. Please advise if normal.

I had endometriosis issue from last three years, No baby and amh is 0.74 I had gone through four lap surgery. One for appendix and three for ovarian cyst. How I can get permanent relief from this disease. It's very painfull and some times bulky in lower abdomen. Kindly advice

I had taken an ipill before my periods. The periods  started normally and stopped after 5 days. But after 2 days, slight spotting started and a  week later, slight bleeding has started against. What could be the reason? Should I take crina ncr?
