Hi,
I got my double marker test done at 10 weeks 6d as per the suggestion of my gynaec. I got NT scan done at 13 weeks 1d. The results of NT scan are fine.
But double marker test shows high risk of 1:62 for down syndrome. And the PAPPA levels are very low. They are 221 mU/L. And about 0.16 MOM.
I have repeated the double marker test. Will the Pappa levels increase at 13 weeks? Will the repeated test show increased levels of PAPPA?

You need not repeat the double Marker test.
Instead you should go for triple marker and quadruple marker when they are due.
PAPPA is done only in Double Marker. There are different parameters for Down's syndrome in the subsequent tests.
