Second papsmear came ASCUS with HPV ngtv
Hi , my second Pap smear came ASCUS with HPV negative, in 2020 my pap report came ASCUS with HPV negative again in 2023 same result. Dr did not suggested COLPOSCOPY. She told me to do next Pap smear In 1 year.
My concern is why it came ASCUS again. Is there any health concern? I am worried ...

Ascus means atypical squamous cells of undeterred significance
Since hpv dna is negative
Nothing much to worry u can go fr colposcopy
