I am severely overweight and hence on a restrictive diet n exercise routine. My blood test shows low levels of creatinine. Is it a major cause of concern? No other symptoms. Attaching reports. Please guide

Dear Doctor Sir/ Madam, During gallbladder surgery one month before my serum creatinine was 1.3 in local lab I retested on 11th dec in local lab it's serum creatinine 0.99 in MD pathologist lab nd in same blood sent to dr. Lal lab there it's 1.1 aataching all reports here Can you please help my my kidney is functioning normal ?

My morning urine is more frothy, after taking enough water it's not frothy but it's bubbly (bubbles get clear within the ’30s after urination), I did some tests recommended by my urologist but all are normal I guess (I'll appreciate your input if any). I have also been diagnosed with hypertension and taking website 40mg, 2 times a day, It feels like I have health anxiety, please help

2 months ago I got my body check up done, in that I got 1+ protein in reports and 1.22 creatinine. I went to a general medicine doctor, he performed some tests in which micro albumin came 509.02, I got the test done from local lab, I immediately went to a Nephrologist in Maharaja Agrasen hospital, he performed KFT, Urine, Lipid, Hbac1 test again from the hospital lab, reports came negative for any protein and creatinine came 1.0, so he said everything is fine, but I was little confused so I performed urine test again from Saral lab, the protein came back 50 mg/dl, I showed the reports to the doctor again and he said the same thing, nothing to worry about. Can someone plz explain to me what should I do? Do I need to worry?

She is having uneasiness and feel something in kidney vein (ureter). Something is stuck. Yesterday she got report in which it says Grade 2 hydronephrosis. We want to consult Nephrologist.

Why does my condition relapse after every 1 or 2 years and tends to get cured immediately after intake of steroids. I am asking this because I have heard this a number of times that nephrotic syndrome tends to go away with time(unless it is major and steroid dependent) and generally is supposed to fade away with adolescence. My doctors have told me to avoid catching cold but how do I do that? If I have not caught a severe, intense cough and cold for straight 6 months it signifies nothing but my carefulness and precaution towards avoiding cold factors, still somehow inspite of all the efforts I catch this desease and its always the cold before I see positive signs of albumin in my R/E test. I raise this concern because of the prednisolone I take every time this condition occurs and it somewhat changes everything around me in small ways. My current creatinine levels are 0.9mg/dl and sodium, postassium levels are 137mEq/l, 4mEq/l. What advise can you professionals give me regarding this?

My urine is foamy especially morning and night for the last 2 weeks, so I did Urine examination test today and It shows a trace of protein in the urine, Is this normal? Or it needs my attention?

Hello Doctor, For 2.5 months , I have been facing muscle twitching in my wrist, neck and muscle cramps at the back which never goes away.I can literally see muscle twitching in the neck, wrist and on face. I can literally see my muscles twitching.My weight is not increasing at all, no matter how healthy I eat . I am always tired and have a vomit sensation most of the time. I got tested serum creatinine 10 days ago and it's 0.56. Is there a possibility that it's a sign of some kidney disease? It's hereditary also. Kindly help Sir
