High Albumin Creatinine Ratio

Asked for Female, 20 Years

My mother(54, Diabetic) did a urine test. Her Urinary Microalbumin is 85.7 and Albumin Creatinine Ratio is 136.4 and her eGFR is 72. We are scared as hell.

She is having albuminuria and it needs to be evaluated thoroughly. She is diabetic and most likely it is because of diabetic kidney disease. Complete work up includes urine routine examination, complete KFT, ultrasound KUB, fundus examination and review by a Nephrologist.
