Nephrology

My father had undegone a normal routine check up where we found that that his creatinine is 1.5 mg/dl and his Blood urea is 42 mg/dl. His Gs asked him to see a Nephrologist but the Nephrologist laughed at us and asked us to chill. I am really worried as I calculated his Gfr and it is showing 52.. I am really worried please help! P.S: His suffers from high BP. Recently his BP showed 130/70 mm Hg.

Recently I had acidity problem for which i visited gastro he asked for usg in USG it has been found that my right kidney is smaller in size,it is 7 cm .

I have trace proteins in my cue but my pc ratio is 0.06 and acr is 16.67 ..it's within normal limits acc to lab reference range then why does cue shows trace protein ..what should I do next

Hi team I am getting medicine for high uric acid (before medicine 8)fatty lever and high sgpt(before medicine 70). For almost 3 years. Medicine lipaglyn ,febutaz 40 with medicine report as below. S. Creatine1.0- 1.1 urea 17- 19 uric acid 4.5-5.8 sgpt 41-45  fasting sugar 89 for last 3 years. 8 months back reported high trygliciride(300) so started fenolip 160 and as part of usg It's reported Horse shoe kidney. After taking fenolip for almost 8-9 months my creatine jump to 1.3. with high BP 140/80. My doctor changed to storovas 10. Cilacar 10 twice daily. After 3 months below are the latest report. Uric acid 5.8 S Creatine 1.27 Urine ACR 2.7 Triglycerides 78 Urea 19 Is it alarming? What food to consider Note: I never consume alcohol or smoke.  mostly prefer home cooked  low salt less oil . Take chicken egg and fish 1 item a days (total 3 days a week)

Hello Doctor, My diabetes Doctor prescribed neurokind LC instead of neurobion forte due to tailbone pain , past three days back I feel some vomiting symptoms after stopped the tablet for two days I feel some what fine , I have fatty liver issue and protineurea mild protine excrete. Did kub and it kidney function was fine ... And taking Blood pressure tablet cresar AM 40 , Taking d3 1000iu daily supplements instead of montly dose due to bone pain or muscle pain .. Neurokind LC is toxic to liver and kidney? , will cause any issue to kidney more damage ? Sugar checked its coming 160 after 1.5 hours fasting normal ...  pulse was 75 to 85 .... Bones and muscle got week ...

My son age 4 years first episode of nephrotic syndrome protein 3+before oedem and all present now he is on steroid 5 weeks finished still protein 1+ but edema and all disappears whe it will come protein nill in urine plz suggest me any one

Sir recently I got fever cold cough and lungs infection..I test my cbp and crp and serum creatinine was 1.51 lab value is .9.to 1.5 .. after 20 days I test again serum creatinine report is 0.9 sir ..I stopped sarten 20 mg sir ..is this effect any sir

Hello Doctor, Neurokind LC I am taking past two days I feel raising my blood pressure, so will it harm to kidney , for blood pressure I am taking cresar AM 40, do I need to stop? Have dry eye issue while watch laptop during work my eyes getting red shot so is this related to this issue ? No issue while see mobile ..
