I am 38 years old male recently in my blood reports creatinine is high 1.22 and urea is 24 kindly tell me is it is normal or not

My creatinine level is fluctuations sometimes 0.9, 1.2 , 0.95, 1.0 . My local dr prescribe Alpha Ketoanalogue , my question is what is side of effect of Alpha Ketoanalogue  if consume for long time and can it cause gall bladder stone / kidney stone as it contain calcium .please tell .

Please help me with the criticality. I consulted a doctor and he said that only 15% kidney is functional. I want a second opinion before proceeding an offline consultation for another opinion.
