Hello Doctor, I am kidney transplanted patient. My age is 30 /M it has been 8 years to my transplant. I did my Tacrolimus test and level was 7.97 on 1.5 mg panoramic and my dose was reduced to 1.25bd after 18 days know from last Saturday I noticed my body high suddenly I monitored it and it remains 140/86, 139/86, 134/90 . I did LFTI test it's good and USG it is also normal. As I am feeling my head and neck heavy and paining. What happened to me suddenly. Before some time I was taking amlong 5 my bd but it cause me swelling on face latter it was stopped and envas 5 mg was started. But suddenly I feel pain and headache and found my BP is high. Why and what should I do. Please answer thank you

My mother is 70 yrs old, her creatinine is 7.22 . Fasting sugar- 170 after food- 180. Can we reduce creating levels? She has done in the past but by 0.5. How we can do this please help

Hello respected Doctors Greetings. I 39 yrs old unmarried female. Last week I tested my serum creatinine which was 0.75. My HB is 13.5. Hba1c is 4.5. No BP no thyroid issues. I have been observing that every year with the onset of Summer during April my urethra gets  irritated and there is pain too. The urine output is less and sometimes more. Pls note I am not diabetic. The color Of the urine is sometimes yellow and sometimes not. I feel pain while and after passing urine. This condition continues for a month or two and then when the weather changes it becomes normal. No pain no irritation. I have done cystoscopy with no findings. Have done CT kub with no findings up to 15 times... Please help me. I am highly irritated with this condition. Thanks

Creatinine level in blood test is 1.89, does it has any major kidney issue or it would be minor issue

Hi , My kid is having edema in eyes after waking . She has be identified few :- 1. The protein/creatine ratio identified 0.31 mg/dl once in random test ( after the first urine ) 2. The protein/creatine ratio identified on next day in morning first urine after waking is 0.19 mg/dl 3. Took microalbumin/creatin ratio in random test it is 10.1 mg/dl 2. No albumin in the routine test in random , morning first urine 3. The dip stick analysis shows trace 1+ (30 mg/dl) during day time , observed twice 4. Took Ultra sound, observed minimal fluid in abdominal cavity. 5. LFT test looks normal 6. ECG looks normal 7. Doctor did physical examination , no BP, no weight gain . Only edema in eye persist and trace 1+ observed in day time urine. Please advise is it alarming . Kindly advise next step .

My father is 66 yrs.. he have vericose vein.. He is non diabetic.... from 5 day he have swelling in both the feet... can u suggest, what was the reason... is this any serious

Since 9 months my father facing kidney failure problems.left kidney totally failed.right kidney 30 percent working.till date dialasis problem not arrived.from 1 week my father unable to raise his left hand upside or side wise.should I meet nephrology doctor or neurology doctor.please give me your valuable advise

My father is a dialysis patient from 1 year , we had plan for renal transplant and my sister is a donor..all the tests completed .. everything is fine ..but doctors rejected the transplant due to left leg has more than 40% blockage and told it will be risky as viens are soft and can potential amputation if the transplant is done..is there any way to remove blockage My father has diabetes from 30 years and has BP

My father has 4.5×2 cm kidney stone in left kidney.pcnl surgery is suggested to us .Is pcnl surgery good for that big kidney stone.

I have foamy urine from past 5 months, mild lower eye puffiness and little bit ankle swelling during long travel(becomes normal after some hours).I have done multiple times KFT, urine RM , 24 hr urine protein(0.06g/24hrs) & creatinine(1.30g/24hrs) and UACR all became normal , attaching reports for the same.I am little bit concerned whether it is CKD or any kidney issues are there?
