Pain nd burn in stomach i attached the report plz doctors help me to solve this problem anything serious about this report

I am having inflammation at both side of my kidney area from last 20 to 25 days after having antibiotics treatment for my gastritis. My kft and urine test report is normal. I am attaching my report. Please guide me what to do next? CT scan or ultrasound for diagnosis of inflammation.

Hello I'm a a regular exerciser and on a high protein diet since years. Recently 2 weeks back I upped the protein to 170 grms a day while cutting the carbs to one meal since I need to loose weight for a photo shoot within a few weeks also taking Creatine supplement 5 gm day. Got the blood results yesterday my egf 98, bun ratio is normal but phosphorus is 5.2 and borderlined uric  acid 7.6, do you think this is a temporary spike due to a quick increase in protein mostly from Chicken will it settle down after few days?? I have no symptoms of any kind normal blood pressure, slightly elevated LDL most likely due to dec, Jan cheat meals.. Should I be worried about having a ckd and get further evaluated. No Protein etc in urine

Hello there, My mom has RA type SLE. Due to which she has protein leak and took tests like 24hr urine, creatanine etc since an year as RA doctor suggested. Now doctor wants to do biopsy for kidney to understand more. My doubt is, should I reach nephrology/urology for the issue or should I continue with RA. Thank you so much for answering

Hi, My age is 23 male, These are my KFT results Chloride 107.4 Urea 18.60 Creatinine 1.01 Uric acid 4.13 Calcium 10.14 Sodium 144.60 Potassium 3.74 I am worried about my creatinine level, is it normal or bad...Lab upper range for creatinine is 1.04. Should I start taking medicine for that? I have done ct scan also, in that two non obstructive kidney stones of 4mm and 5mm and not having any symptoms. Rest are normal.
