It is to be reported that my maternal grandfather had found blood on his urine, and later it was diagnosed as cancer in one kidney in the year 2017. So doctor has removed one kidney, and later it was found that the cancer has not spread to other parts of his body luckily. Thus, he is surviving with one kidney as of now. His Creatinine level is always fluctuate between 1.5-2.0, he is also suffering from uric acid issue so he is taking Febutaz 40, now the level came down to 2.8. For CKD, he is taking only Nefrosave Forte twice. Is there any modifications or extra tablet to be taken?

After having burning sensation during urination Dr suggested to do Sonography and Sonography result shows 3.3 mm of kidney stone n urine retention What couse urine retention (47 yr old female) After seeing report my anxiety rises ple help me out..advice Will stone n urine retention is curable

I done spot urine acr ...and lft.. urine acr is normal but urine creatinine is 508 mg/dl is it time for concern or it is normal plz reply sir.. Also lft is abnormal. is it very serious? My CBC is completely normal.

Hello respected Doctors Greetings. I just want to know why people in young age group are suffering from high creatinine issues. How can one prevent it? I am sad to see people esp youngsters and mid aged people suffering from ckd and so many other diseases like diabetes and high BP. Even if the person doesn't have diabetes or BP issues still having ckd. This is a general statement. Kindly guide how to take care and prevent. I feel so sad when I see some one suffering. I manifest them in my own body. Your input would be appreciated. Thank You

First admitted in hospital on 21/03/2022 due to of platelets count of 73,000&legs also swelling after doings tests ,the serum creatine is 5.6 and the patient already have bp,sugar,fids( seizure only 2 times came on 2018 and 22/03/22 at treatment time one time came in hospital for controlling one sleeping injection given after that not came fids),on 26/03/22 the platelets was 230000 was increased and the creatine level 3.3,Now discharge from hospital ,now medicine were using ,ELMOX-CV625;RENOLOG;CINOD-10;PANTOPRAZOLE40;NEXIRON LP;PHENYTOIN IP100;EMBETA XR-25;LOYZIDE40; LIVOLEXIN SYRUP; FLEX SURE (gel for swelling&pain) is this medicine is better for soon recovering & or please suggest any medicine & better food for creatine control& losing of sodium levels becoz of going urine doctor referred daily 3 loss of water and in that butter milk with salt for 24hrs but he like to drink more water he normally drink 4to5 ltrs from normal days.if now drink more than 3 lts water There any problem
