Best time for protein/creatine urine test. Is it good to have it in the morning or in the evening, Test should be done for 24 hour collection or 1 time is enough..i have having foamy urine in the morning but gfr is 125..kind tell me what to do

My mother age 51 DM type 2 HbA1c 5.8 Creatinine 1.5 Urea 18 Uric acid 5.4 Is there any issue of concern

My mother age is 50 DM TYPE 2 HBA1C IS 5.7 CREATININE IS 1.5 Bun-15 IS CREATININE IS TOO HIGH to concern

Underwent ultrasound scan and findings are 1) Bilateral multiple complex renal cysts with septations and calcifications 2) Gallbladder polyp 3) Gallbladder Sludge I am attaching my ultrasound scan report here. Can I reverse this kidney cysts? Is complex renal cysts serious? Any treatment for Bilateral multiple complex renal cysts with septations and calcifications? Any chance to cancerous cysts?

Can we take calcium d3 (Picture mentioned) And Ivabradine 5mg is used for ckd or heart problem. क्या  मे किडनी की दवाओ के साथ्  कैल्शियम की पाउच ले सकती हू। इससे किडनी पर समाज तो नही होगा। मेरा creatinine 3.4 हे ivabradine tablet से पल्स कम होती हे या ये किसी किडनी के काम भी आता हे। Ivabradine tablet खाने से मेरी पल्स 70 तक आ गयी है। मेरा ब्लड प्रेशर हाई रहता हे।

My Brother is staying at Singapore.Two months back  he had full body check as a part of company insurance.Rbc count in urine showed 155. As per my knowledge normal range of RBC in urine 1-3.Consulted Doctors and had many tests too.Blood and urine tests all came negative.Doctors confirm that there is not Lupus Nephritis.Now again checked the urine test now rbs count is showing 10(still it's high) and protein content as .44gm.What doctors at Singapore have suggested is to decrease the content of salt and sweet and will do test again after six months.They are doubting it will be Glomerulonephritis. My Brother does regular exercise and his body is fit also.Recently some Butterfly like rashes has shown in body.But doctors are telling it is norlt related to this. Kindly Guide.Please excuse me if any mistake is there in medical words.
