Is dapavel 5mg is safe for ckd stage 3 patient as this medicine is prescribed to me by the doctor whereas I dint have sugar problem and I search the Internet regarding the same and I found that the medicine is not safe for ckd patient and I m using this medicine since last 7 months although I have also read the article of Farxiga; AstraZeneca) where this was mentioned that dapagliflozin is for to reduce the risk of renal and cardiovascular adverse events in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) who are at risk of disease progression weather they have sugar or not Please let me know as I m worried about my health

Hi sir I am kidney patient and taking treatment but my creatinine is stable from 10 months I face hydronephrosis and my gfr is 45 to 49 approx and left kidney is filtering only 7 ml and right kidney filtering 40 ml in 2020 and creatinine is 0.9 and no protein and no high urea but on 2021 I tested COVID positive and after that my creatinine is increased to 1.5 and then settle no high urea and + protein in urine and then i consult my doctor and do needed treatment and then i am fine but my creatinine increase rapidly one it's 1.8 and then next day it's 2.3 and so on to 3.2 and i found akf which is treated and. Then my creatinine is stuck between 2.2 to 2.3 and now 6 months ago I got some uti and doctor prescribed me some injection for 7 days  and after that my creatinine is reduced to 1.89 and but 2 months ago I got uti and creatinine is stuck to 2.25 but now i want to reduce it to 1.89 how is this possible please give. a detailed answer

Hi sir  I am kidney patient because of hydronephrosis and after then COVID and   i will give a summary of my reports   No diabetes and no high blood pressure  Creatinine is 2.25 stable from 10 months Urea is around 43 to 50  Uric acid is Normal  Albumin is 4.30 TLC is 10 with medicine other whice it increase because of UTI All other value are normal and  Gfr is 50ml 2 years ago left work 10 ml and right work 40 ml approx  Weight is 48 present time Protein + in urine after COVID in 2021 All other value are normal in urine routine test  Medicine which I taking from 10 months are  Pan 40 one time in morning Nodosis 3 times in a day Pre pro biotics 2 times in a day Renoxi 1 time in a day Ketovibe 1 time in a day Septran 400mg 2 times in a week  Now doctor i want to know that how my year i will survive on my own kidney how many years remaining for my kidney  I am very tensed please sir predict my future of kidney with your experience thks a lot to all doctors

One year back two stone 6 mm and 3.5 mm was observed in my left kidney. Secondly I also observe rbc in my urine report which comes 8/10 to 30/40 time to time. Taking medicine for last 4 months .
