My father has pus cells in the Urine. Range of pus cells is 25-30 whom should he consult.. Is it nephrologist or urologist?

I got feeling of frequent urination even after drinking water in less amount. Whenever I drink a glass of water then after 1.5-2 hours there is a feeling of urination. When go for urinate then urine amount in less. In a nutshell small amount of urine with higher frequency. But in night or while sleep there is no such urgency to urinate it's mainly in day time while walking or seating.

I have over active urinary bladder and mild Urine leakage problem . I am 27 years old male . So my query is does kegal excercise help me in this case ???

I am experiencing very dull pain in my kidney area..very light but noticeable. I was experiencing burning sensation while urinating a few days back but now it is fine.
