Myself a doctor(post mbbs) I'm emotionally upset as well i couldn't come out from all my past childhood that haunts me. This is being a heavy baggage for me.

Hello, I’m struggling emotionally and mentally. I’ve been feeling extremely stuck, hopeless, and anxious for a long time. I’ve changed jobs 3–4 times but nothing feels right. Every time I try something new, I get overwhelmed with fear and self-doubt — constantly feeling like I won’t do it perfectly or I’ll make mistakes. Even the idea of routine jobs makes me feel trapped, and I get anxious and nervous to the point where I feel like I’m spiraling. Right now, I’m jobless again, and it’s making me feel like a failure. I’ve started having suicidal thoughts, not because I want to die, but because I don’t know how else to escape this mental state. I feel numb and disconnected from myself — nothing feels joyful or peaceful anymore. I know I need help. I want to understand what’s happening with me and how I can get out of this cycle. Please help me figure out the next steps — I’m open to therapy, coping tools, or anything that can bring some clarity.

My husband has a alcohol problem, he drinks too much alcohol 5-6 beers, he will drink continue for 2-3 days and then leave alcohol for 1-2 months and then again start it, it is like a patern for him, pls help to get rid of alcohol permanently.

I am 37 year old..I am suffering from ocd last 20 years..I always live in a fear, compulsion ..I unable to live a normal life...I have multiple theam ocd...can I get out of this problem..my life has become worst.. please help

Started taking these psyciatric medicines few months ago : Mirtazapine,Bupropion HCL,Divalproex Sodium & Flupentixol & Melitracen Noticing foamy urine after few days since then Serum creatinine,BUN,potassium,urine acr,24 hrs urine protein,urine culture,urine routine & usg are all normal Can these medicines cause foamy urine or can these medicines cause dehydration which leads to foamy urine ?

Hello sir/mam My mom is a long term patient and has been on psychiatric drugs from her teenage years. After a long duration of usage she is showing the effects recently also she has diabetics hypertension. So she takes Loricon 1 Riscon LS Clonam IR 0.25 this is her optimal dosage And her General medicines Glimy MV1 Tazloc 40 pregaba 50 Recently one day she started having stiffness all over body and mouth can't able to speak but she was conscious So after consulting her diabetic doc and psychiatrist we took an MRI and everything was fine Her diabetic doc asked for blood test all fine So he ruled out seizure and said it could be EPS after sharing the case with his friends and suggested a taper But her psychiatrist is not going on with this even after suggesting taper as I know my mom is mentally doing very well I really want to get her out of this gradually and I pay this here to get opinion from different docs Thank you in advance

For a few years i have been suffering from hand tremors, I am a dentist but I was out of practice for some time because of my baby, but now I want to restart my practice and I am afraid because tremors will affect my job. I also feel heart palpitations and sometimes become very anxious. Please help me to overcome my hand tremors.

Hello I am on sertraline 100 and aripiprazole 2mg and atomoxiteine 18mg , my anxiety is in control but feeling tired all the day , my vitamin d and b12 report normal but still feeling tired all the day , tiredness affect my daily work. Please suggest something.

I am diagnosed with adhd, need a clinical psychologist to treat it. Psychiatrist or clinical psychologist anyone works but I strictly don't want medicines that will make me sleepy or feel lost or not present at the moment. I also prefer to treat add 1st instead of depression. I don't want to eat anti depressant as it won't work on me since my issue will not get resolved through anti depressant.

I've been suffering from this for as long as I can remember. I procrastinate a lot and when it comes to doing the thing I can hardly focus for 15 min no matter what I do . I fidget a lot no matter what I do and I use the phone after every 10 mins of studying. I've got some blood work done and found that I'm Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D deficient which I'm not longer because of regular medicine doses but the situation has not improved much . I suspect I have ADHD and mild depression as well for which I would like to consult with a psychiatrist . The thing is I live in a small town where there is less scope to find a good psychiatrist so my best bet is to consult on practo . The thing I want to ask is if I consult here can I go through diagnostics via video chat and if doctors here can issue prescriptions for medicine as well . Thank You !
