I'm feeling like a swaying or rocking sensation but no spinning 24/7 for the past month. Is this life lifetime problem or can it be curable? I’m worried and unable to concentrate on things. My scans and tests are normal.

I'm diabetic since 6 years & hypertensive since 2 years.Diabetes remains under control but bp sometimes get uncontrolled My serum creatinine level on 11th May was 0.9 mg/dl & on 21st September it came 1.1 mg/dl. (Lab normal : 0.72-1.25).Had low protein diet & adequate hydration the day before the test However,blood urea & serum potassium came normal at every time Urine ACR done on 1st August was also normal USG (KUB+PVRU) done on 4th April was also normal Took Chlordiazepoxide (Librium) 25 mg twice a day for 2 months which was discontinued 1 week before the test A doctor told me that the prolonged use of Chlordiazepoxide (Librium) 25 mg twice a day for 2 months could be the reason of such rise in serum creatinine Need to know whether such prolonged use of Chlordiazepoxide (Librium) could be the reason of such rise in serum creatinine levels

I'm facing rocking sensation while relaxing or standing and weakness in both the legs . Got my blood samples tested, emg, 2d echo, ct brain, ct chest. everything came normal. I'm little worried

I feel like my brain and my thoughts are stuck. I’m scared of change, and my relationships don’t feel good — they make me feel drained. Even when I try to make new friends, fear and pain hold me back. On top of that, I’m very worried about future  and past. breathing is weak, and sometimes while sleeping, it becomes difficult for me. This makes me even more anxious. Hurt made me cry for no reason. Craving for talk sympathy... Sometimes I like give miss calls to people. And check their reactions

PLZ SUGGEST A GOOD MEDICINE FOR ANXIETY WHICH DOESNT PRODUCES SLEEP DURING WORK.MY LOCAL PHYSCHARIST HAS GIVEN ME ETIZOLA 0.25 OR ATIVAN 1MG.BUT BOTH MEDICINES RPRODUCING HIGH SLEEP WHICH IS HAMPERING MY WORK.PLZ SUGGEST A DIFFERENT MEDICINE FOR ANXIETY WHICH PRODUCES NON ANXIETY.

I have Generalised Anxiety disorder and Hypocondriasis ( Health Anxiety )since last 12 years. I started my treatment with Paroxetene 25 and Clonazepam 0.25 and took it for 1 month but it lead a bery bad constipation. My doctor shifted me to Escitalopram 10 and Clonazepam 0.25 for next 9 yrs, I took it. Then I was put on Vortioxetine, Desvenlafaxine, Bupropion, all gave me really bad constipation. At last a different psychiatrist put me on Vilazodone for 3 yrs and it doesnt cause me any constipation, but it was not effective in managing my Anxiety disorder and racing thouhgts. I was then shifted to Sertraline but it also caused constipation. Now my doctor has prescribed me Fluoxetine 40 in the morning and Mirtazapine 15 at night. I have started taking it but mirtazapine is causing very much sleepiness. Can sum1 please advise me does fluoxetine cause less constipation, than other SSRI and SNRI and can I skip Mirtaz due to excess sleep. And continue clonazepam 0.25 as I did for 12 years.

Hi ,I have frequent urination problem with UTI from last 2 weeks and antibiotic course are finished, I was not getting sleep due to frequent urination and Overactive bladder so I took different sleeping pills like,Ativan 1mg,zolfresh 5mg in last 10 days just to get a proper sleep, Am still on this soliten medication for my OAB issue but now the problem is am not able to sleep without any sleeping pills.I really want to leave this but somehow without this whole night am suffering for sleeplessness. Please give me solution, How I can get back my natural sleep asap.

I had consulted Dr.Tariq Ahmad Bhat on 08 February 2025 through Practo to treat Anxiety, Depression. Got relief. Again I have been suffering from Anxiety and Depression since 29thJuly 2025. Due to non availability of Dr. Tariq Ahmad Bhat in Practo, I had consulted Dr.S.K.Singh locally at Guwahati Assam on 18th July, 2025. During this one month there is no improvement.

I am suffering from anxiety from almost 7-8 years.Symptoms and go,have been to few psychiatrist as well, prescribed medicines like paxidep,toficalm etc.It gets better but then again it comes back.I had symptoms of depersonalisation and derealization as well but very moderate.Currently from past 3-4 days this feeling of depersonalisation and derealization has become very strong,I am currently on paxidep cr 12.5,the feeling is so strong that it seems like I will pass out now.It's getting very bad experience for me.Everythings appear in 2D.sleep is almost okay,I sleep for 7-8 hours,I am a software engineer has some work pressure but not much. Please guide me what should I do,I am very much frightened.
