Dr. I feel very scared to leave my city and go far away from my house . i get very panic and sweats and i feel like i will die panic attack. Last month i went 50 km away from house to temple and i felt so scared and got panic attack i was quit . This shit is happening with me since i stopped marijuana smoke. Before i was so strong and alive. Will i get back to normal? Or i have to live inside my city only?

I was told to take medicines in morning and evening. The time that best suites me is from 5:30 to 6:00. Can I take meds at this time. This is my prescription.

Hi my brain MRI is clean, feeling drowsy half of the day, not snoring much, sleep for 8 hrs or more daily still sleepy in day time like unable to keep eyes open, doctor suggested for sleep study , what it can be ? I don't think I have sign of sleep apnea. Please help

He is speaking and yelling out any abusive words to any one for no reasons. He is mentally disturbed. Knocks out anyone's door anytime. Has no idea to whom and what he is talking. His irrational behaviour has disturbed us completely.

Hi Doctor, I have developed this issues of getting scared of anything/everything. I get scared when my phone rings, when the door bell rings. I get scared of my professional/personal success. There are lots of scenarios when I get this weird fear sensation. I feel this fear sensation in my stomach and chest which has made my day to day life very miserable. Please help.

Hello doctors, I got married in 2014 March. I notice abnormal behavior with my husbands. His behaviour changes every minute. Sometimes in angerness he starts beating me next minute he says I beated him. Sometimes he say he ll kill me n d child n he ll suicide. Suddenly normal arguments turns violent and asks me to leave the home. Next minute he says not to leave. I fear bec of his abnormalities. Is there any solution? If possible I'm ready to come for a counselling as he is scared to meet a psychiatrist. I really dono whether to live with him or not.
