I'm a chain smoker since from Last 5 years, I started with 1 cigarette and now I'm smoking 5-6 cigarettes per day, how to get rid of this addition??

Lost in life...only getting suicidal thoughts...plus cant quit alcohol...tried everything possible from my side...help me please

Diagnosed with panic disorder 7 yrs ago. On parocen cr 12.5mg twice and lonacen .25mg twice/sometimes once or maybe more than 2 during bad days. It seems general anxiety disorder has also crept in. Have been a moderate marijuana smoker for the past 20 yrs. Sometimes it helps and at times makes it worse. Need to change meds. Pls advise.

As of my class 12 going on , due to teachers pressure , I am suffering for lots of stress and anxiety . some times I sleep at 10pm or sometime at 4 am. Due to which I am continuously gaining weight . I just don't know how to treat it .

I always feel sleepy don't know y? I just can't wakeup as I want to it always like I want to sleep. For 12 12 hour I use to sleep sometimes. I feel like I'm fainting always it happens I have Started to gain head pain after a day when I had got cold. Doctor said I have sinus problem. could any one help me.

One of my friend is undergoing Depression. How is the best way for me to react to her. Are there anything's that I should be concerned of. Any help would be greatful.

My friend here has all signs of depression. This includes suicidal behaviour and getting angry to extremes. I told her to a psychiatrist and was suggested tab naxi and tab emset. I checked net and it says these tabs are used in case of chemotherapy. Is this the right drug? I want her to calm down for a while because her behaviour has become hyper lately. Will this drug help? Was her judged by the doctor properly?
