Is psychosis and schezophrenia one and the same?

Actually it's for friend she is full depression her boy friend cheated her so she is full depression is it good to consult psychiatrist or whom we have to consult for getting rid off depression waiting for valuable suggestions

Feeling like depressed alwas, feeling hopeless, helpless, less interest in activity Less interest in social activity

I'm getting weird dreams since a very long time. Most of those are fear related dreams. Sometimes I find myself chasing some train but unable to catch that. Sometimes i see blood in my dream. Sometimes I see some very close person dying in my dream. I can't sleep properly and feel very tired and anxiety when I woke up.

Scary thought to think of the brain that are frequently. The scary thought comes to mind again and again. Tell no cure. I am very upset.

My mom has developed severe health issues due to her ill-treated anger. She gets extremely angry over very silly things and overreacts for hours on it. She keeps talking about it non-stop for 8-10 hours bringing all past issues happened within 28 years of her marriage. I think, she requires emotional attention from my father which he is unable to provide due to his practical nature probably. Her behavior is severely affecting my sister & me in a bad way. Please help!

Dear Naveen, Am facing disturbance in my married life. We fight often for small issues . My husband tells me that these are my problems. I am giving an example of incident: On Sunday: husband is sick followed by Instant trip cancellation. Frustaion towards cancelling trip. Laziness, hatredness and incapable towards cooking. On Monday: Dumping the responsibility of baby (moment) on sick husband, for which i made a mistake of not calling maid giving prior info. said by my husband.

I think I had schizoid personality disorder, any treatment available for this issue? Any medicine will help?

Is there any psychiatrist in India, specialising in Gender Dysphoria, who conducts sessions online? The person cannot travel extensively for each session and if the diagnosis can be made over the internet, it would help a lot.

Sir my psychiatrist said I'm suffering from depression and he told me to take escitalopram tab 5 mg for 5 days and 10 mg for a month Today is my 7th day and I don't find in miracles in this medication From first day I became so irritated ,angry having excessive sleep Is this normal ?? I was hoping that something good will happen but till now I only felt irritating behavior and excessive sleep and confused behavior
