Been on anti-deps for over a decade, and they made me feel good. But without addressing underlying issues (family, relationships, preferences and lifestyle), it went into a full-blown medicine-based treatment. At one point been on 80mg Fluoexetine, 100mg Desven, and now slowly weaned off them all. I still need a little help but I refuse to go back the old way of medicines. Maybe moderate, maybe short term, but I sure don't want to hear someone saying lifetime of medicine cause that's a lie!

I have been suffering a problem of pulsating headache from last 7,8 days . Its a kind of nerve pain . It was a dull pain but from last 2 days , the intensity of pain increases . The pain location is not fixed. Firstly it was in left part of the head nd then right . Today , there was neck pain too .

I feel frequent mood swing and lethargic to speak with people. in case of public speaking like presentation, seminar etc. my brain does not work so I cant recall sometimes the right word or known fact. feel very stressed inside before the talk start and feeverish. Is it a depression, any medication can help me to get out of this?

I have feeling low and worthless constantly.frequent mood swings unability to concentrate and feeling tired to do anything.i m sleeping all day and once i get up I feel all the more tired.Sometimes I feel life is not worth living

I am suffering with lots of issues like depression, anxiety, fear, low confidences. Sometimes I feel like filled with happiness and after few hours same negativity. I am facing personal from issues last 1 years. My life has changed upside down in few months. Father deceaed, lost forgein job, lost wife i mean relationship. Finanacial debta from father. Unsettled life. I need complete confidence programme, so I can face the world fearlessly.

This is amair from hyderabad . My friends dad from past 8 months not feeling well and behaving very starnge like a kid we have made a blood checkup of him but there is no problem in that can yoy please tell me what should we do ?

My brother is studying 10th class , he is very poor in studies ,he couldn't able remember anything related to studies ,he is forgetting  things which he read and even he is not in a  situation to  understand the question and answers . Can you please help on this and suggest what we have to do

I've been suffering from severe stress, anxiety and depression from past 5 years. I'm constantly in touch with my psychiatrist with his advice i stopped smoking and drinking, I am taking Ampicon 200 daily but i am still facing problems like numbness in hands & body, I am feeling emotionally dead.. Will i ever recover? Any suggestion from experts would be appreciated...

Been diagnosed with depression earlier. Was doing well without meds. Had an upswing last week when I didn't sleep for four nights and was highly productive (didn't feel the need for sleep either). But I think I might have relapsed again.
