Mood swing and lethargic to speak
I feel frequent mood swing and lethargic to speak with people. in case of public speaking like presentation, seminar etc. my brain does not work so I cant recall sometimes the right word or known fact. feel very stressed inside before the talk start and feeverish. Is it a depression, any medication can help me to get out of this?
