Mental Health

I can't read even 5 mins.Whenever I went to read I just see the books and leave them. After 4 days is my exam what I will do I don't know. Please please please help me.

I have headache from last 1 month from the my mom die. And i have continuous halusinasi of my mom face.

MY BRAIN ALWAYS THINKING NEGATIVE & POSITIVE THINGS IS FORGETN..............................................................

I spend most of my day daydreaming, and walking around, i cant sit and concentrate on my studies for even 15 minutes. i feel very disoriented.

Always I'm hoping something bad like death of mine & family member's... why these thoughts are generating?

I am getting bad thoughts continuoslly from last 15days not able to control. Stressed out not able to concentrate on work. Same thought coming again and again

My husband loves me a lot but never supports me in front of his parents. My mother in law is a very difficult woman and she interferes in every husband wife thing. I don't feel like going at my in laws place.

Husband lost interest in me post delivery and he doesn't care about the child too. Runs away from responsibilities if a new dad.

I developing unwanted thinking and being sad of things, example I don't have problem in something but I assume that I have some problem and being in depressed of that problem. I know there is nothing to worry but I cannot realise the fact and face looking sad. Even I cannot smile, because I think I look ugly when I'm smiling, but I have many nice looking smiling photos. Please tell me the problem I'm facing and please tell me how to overcome these problem, thanks..,
